A BIT ABOUT ME
I’m Carlos Aguero, a creative director with a motion graphics and set design background. I’m driven by a love for crafting impactful visuals and supporting teams to bring inspiring, engaging projects to life.
Over the past 18 years I’ve been responsible for building the creative and graphics department for the NFL Network. My team was responsible for producing packages for over 64 shows and countless special events. From Kick-off to the Super Bowl, to off-season events like The Combine and The NFL Draft, we did it all.

Award-Winning Creative & Industry leader
I started my journey as a motion graphics and set designer for Univision Network, within 6 years I found myself working on Super Bowl 32 as the senior designer for FOX Sports and subsequently being awarded 6 Emmy's. I threw my hat in the ring for the Art Director position at FOX Broadcasting, and won a BDA for revamping the on-air look for FOX primetime in the first season. In 2006, I was fortunate enough to get a call from the NFL Network and was tasked in launching Thursday Night Football and building their motion graphics department from the ground up. I walked into the building with a backpack and the courage of someone who had no idea what he was getting into. Within the first 7 years the department grew from 2 graphic designers to 72 creatives, and a 12 million dollar yearly budget. I learned a lot. Art Director
